Surgical M+ tips

Rhinosplasty Essential kit

Rhinosplasty Essential kit

Thinness and accuracy
Expertly designed for open ultrasonic rhinoplasty, the kit of tips is perfectly adapted to the anatomy and can be used to accurately and safely perform nasal surgery. The kit of tips offers a comprehensive clinical solution.

Including 6 tips, the tips are used to remove excess bone (dorsum bump and/or lateral convexities) and to carefully remodel the nasal pyramid. Saw tips are used to perform all osteotomies without causing unwanted fractures to correct default such as a nose that is too prominent or too wide. The drill tip is used to drill into the nasal spine or the bone in order to suture it.

The tips have integrated irrigation to ensure good visibility of the surgical site at all times. The hemostatic effect caused by cavitation reduces the amount of blood at the surgical site. The nasal pyramid can now be treated very accurately with direct view for optimum precision whilst preserving the soft tissues. This ensures quicker post-surgical recovery.

Expertly designed for open ultrasonic rhinoplasty, the kit of tips is perfectly adapted to the anatomy and can be used to accurately and safely perform nasal surgery. The kit of tips offers a comprehensive clinical solution.

Including 9 tips, the tips are used to remove excess bone (dorsum bump and/or lateral convexities) and to carefully remodel the nasal pyramid. CMF kit

CMF kit

Fine and precise osteotomies
The tips included in the CMF kit (cranio-maxillofacial surgery) are designed mainly for making small or large cuts in bones. They can be used to remodel bone structures, without damaging soft tissue, such as the dura mater or nerve and vein structures. The saws in this six-tip kit are of different lengths and shapes and can be used to make precise cuts in zones that offer poor visibility for pre-operation work. The diamond-coated tip is preferred for bone remodelling or cutting bones close to soft tissue. The circular scalpel is intended for clinical interventions, such as osteoplasty and the removal of bone particles or fragments.

The integrated irrigation in the tips keeps the site of the operation clearly visible. The hemostatic effect caused by cavitation reduces the amount of blood at the operating field. Using ultrasound devices in CMF surgery significantly reduces post-operation morbidity.

Bone surgery kit

Bone surgery kit

Thinness and security.

Bone Surgery™ (BS) tips, principally intended for performing bone graft, allow cutting excising and remodeling bone structures without any risk of soft tissue lesions. Comprising six ultrasonic tips (three saws and three scalpels) adapted to the different cases that arise in the intraoral environment, the BS tips are used for clinical treatments such as bone harvesting, crest expansion, preparation of the implant site and accessing the lower alveolar nerve.

The sterile spray helps to cool the tips (thus avoiding tissue damage from exposure to high temperatures) and provides excellent visibility of the operating field. These tips guarantee a fine, clean and effortless cut.

Crest Splitting kit

Crest Splitting kit

Easy and controlled technique.

The Crest Splitting tips can smoothly enlarge the crest, one by one, avoiding the risks of bone breaking.

The thin cutting CS1 and CS2 tips are dedicated to osteotomies up to 8 mm of depth. This fine and crucial incision guides the next stages. The CS3 tip is used to perform the discharges incisions in mesial and distal sides, always up to 8 mm of depth. This step avoids any bone cracks. The conical CS4, CS5 and CS6 tips progressively enlarge the crest without trauma.

The bone filling biomaterials can be introduced delicately into the created space.

The placement of implant can be immediate or can be delayed after healing.

Sinus Lift kit

Sinus Lift kit

For unmatched visibility.

The Sinus Lift tips offer the practitioner a straightforward and safe answer to the lateral sinus lift operation. Thanks to the ultrasonic frequency modulation, the risk of membrane damage is limited.

The diamond-coated tips for window cutting and the three spatula tips for sinus lift SL1 and SL2 are cooled by the sterile spray (thus avoiding tissue damage from exposure to high temperatures). The use of a manual instrument is recommended to control the membrane detachment.

Moreover, the cavitation effect enables excellent visibility of the operating field. These tips guarantee a fine, clean and effortless cut.

Intralift kit

Intralift kit

Fast, safe and minimally invasive technique.

Developed for sinus lift by the crestal approach, the Intralift™ tips make it possible to realize non invasive surgery in full safety. The diamond-coated tips, of increasing diameters (from 1.35mm to 2.80mm), are designed to drill and widen gradually the access canal to the sinus membrane.

The sterile spray cools down the tips to avoid any rise in temperature, which could lead to tissue damage. The membrane elevation is achieved using the TKW5 by means of microcavitation. Thanks to the ultrasonic frequency modulation, the risk of membrane damage is limited.

Moreover, the cavitation effect enables excellent visibility of the operating field.

Extraction kit

Extraction kit

For atraumatic extractions without bone destruction.

These tips intended for clinical acts such as extraction of wisdom teeth, fractured roots, impacted teeth and root section.

The six ultrasonic tips are each adapted to the anatomical context (reduced visibility and space) of anterior and posterior areas. Inserted between the cementum and the periodontal ligament of the tooth, the tips will widen the ligamental space. Thus separated from its attachment system, the tooth can be removed rapidly and with a less traumatic luxation.

The alveolar bone edge can be kept intact; an alveolectomy is therefore avoided. Usage guidelines recommendations:

  • The tip must be activated before its insertion in the periodontal space.
  • The tip must be placed parallel to the root.
  • Perform a to-and-fro movement towards the apex.
  • It is important not to exert a lever effect with the tips.
Crown Extension kit

Crown Extension kit

Precision and accessibility.

Specially developed for this type of procedure, the BS6 tip and three diamond-coated Crown Extension tips are designed for ostectomy (bone removal) and osteoplasty (bone reshaping).

The length of the diamond-coated active part of the CE3 tip dedicated to ostectomy is calibrated at 5mm thus allowing a rapid re-establishment of the necessary biologic width (laser mark at 3mm). A few millimeters of the root will be exposed by removal of bone to lengthen the clinical crown.

Thanks to the cutting selectivity of ultrasonics in surgical mode (frequency modulation), the CE tips limit the risk of damaging soft tissues (gingiva, ligaments, periodontal fibers, nerves).

Moreover, the cavitation effect enables excellent visibility of the operating field.
